About The Position
The Assistant Manager will support the Bistro General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of The Crown Bistro, a restaurant and event venue within The Royal Standard retail store. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional front-of-house operations, coordinating private events, and assisting in employee management, while also engaging in back-of-house activities such as menu development and inventory management.
