About The Position

The Party & Event Host at Adventure Air Sports is responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for birthday parties and events. This role involves interacting with guests of all ages, ensuring safety compliance, and providing excellent customer service while upholding the company's standards. The host will manage various tasks during events, including setup, serving food, and cleaning up, all while maintaining a positive and energetic environment.

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with mandatory Saturdays.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to learn operational platforms.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle large groups of children.
• Ability to project voice in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests and check them in.
• Verify waiver compliance for all attendees.
• Setup the party area and serve food and beverages.
• Cut and serve cake, making a big deal of the guest of honor.
• Clean up the party area after the event.
• Assist with cleaning common areas of the facility as needed.
• Create a fun environment by entertaining guests during their visit.
• Engage guests in conversation and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the facility.
• Upsell additional food, party bags, or specialty items.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with regulations.
