About The Position
At Little Land, birthdays are a big deal. Families trust us to help celebrate one of the most important days of the year for their child, and we work hard to make every birthday party fun, exciting, and completely stress-free for parents. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Birthday Party Hosts who love working with kids and know how to create a fun, engaging atmosphere. As a Party Host, you’ll be responsible for leading birthday parties, guiding activities, and making sure every child — especially the birthday child — has an incredible experience. If you love entertaining, leading games, and making kids laugh, this might be the perfect role for you.
Requirements
- Love working with kids
- Have a fun, energetic personality
- Are comfortable speaking to groups and leading activities
- Enjoy entertaining and creating excitement
- Are organized and able to keep events on schedule
- Work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Take pride in helping families celebrate special moments

Responsibilities
- Lead Birthday Party Experiences
- Welcome birthday families and guests
- Help organize party activities and games
- Lead kids through fun play experiences
- Keep the party organized and running on schedule
- Ensure the birthday child feels special and celebrated
- Create a Stress-Free Experience for Parents
- Greet and assist party families when they arrive
- Help answer questions and provide support during the party
- Assist with party organization and timing
- Ensure the experience feels smooth, welcoming, and well-managed
- Help Set Up and Reset Party Spaces
- Prepare party areas before guests arrive
- Help organize decorations, tables, and supplies
- Reset party rooms after events
- Help maintain clean and organized party areas
- Work With the Team
- Coordinate party schedules with the team
- Ensure kids remain safe during activities
- Support the play gym team when needed
- Help create a positive, high-energy atmosphere throughout the facility
