About The Position

Love working with kids and being part of a high-energy environment? Join Launch Entertainment as a Birthday Party Host and help create celebrations kids will never forget. Launch North Attleboro is hiring part-time, enthusiastic, and reliable team members to bring the energy and lead birthday parties from start to finish. As a Party Host, you'll be the go-to person for each celebration-keeping things on track, engaging with guests, and making sure every moment feels special. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where you'll play a key part in turning birthdays into fun, smooth, and memorable experiences for families. Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual, with weekend availability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working with children, families, and groups
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or events is a plus

Responsibilities

• Host and lead birthday parties from start to finish
• Greet guests and review safety guidelines
• Keep events on schedule and organized
• Serve food, drinks, and cake
• Coordinate activities and support attractions as needed
• Ensure the birthday child and guests have a positive experience
