What you need to be successful To excel in this role at the Y, you must be a minimum of 16 years old. Additionally, having a genuine passion for working with children is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain a positive attitude and be a team player in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Being organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will set you up for success in this position. Prior experience working with children or in a childcare setting is a plus but not required - we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all else. Join us!
