About The Position
Love working with kids and being part of a high-energy environment? Join Launch Entertainment as a Birthday Party Host and help create celebrations kids will never forget. Launch North Attleboro is hiring part-time, enthusiastic, and reliable team members to bring the energy and lead birthday parties from start to finish. As a Party Host, you'll be the go-to person for each celebration-keeping things on track, engaging with guests, and making sure every moment feels special. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where you'll play a key part in turning birthdays into fun, smooth, and memorable experiences for families. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual, with weekend availability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working with children, families, and groups
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or events is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Host and lead birthday parties from start to finish
- Greet guests and review safety guidelines
- Keep events on schedule and organized
- Serve food, drinks, and cake
- Coordinate activities and support attractions as needed
- Ensure the birthday child and guests have a positive experience
