About The Position
MOMENTUM INDOOR CLIMBING is seeking Group and Party Staff who will directly report to either the General Manager (GM) or Group Coordinator (GC), depending on the location. The staff will be responsible for working at both Birthday Parties and Group Events, providing supervision of participants, top-rope belaying and instruction, facilitating games, and ensuring positive customer interactions.
