About The Position

The Little Gym Birthday Party Instructor is responsible for delivering outstanding birthday parties at The Little Gym. This role calls for an energetic, fun-loving person who enjoys playing games and has the natural ability to put a smile on the faces of children of all ages. With more than 300 locations across the globe, The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. For four decades, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace. Requirements

Customer service experience
Relates well to customers of all ages
Great attitude and strong work ethic
Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
A background in food service, party hosting, and/or child care are required

Responsibilities

Host Awesome Birthday Bashes (1.5 hr- 2 hr) Set up and clean up of parties that include: leading fun and games in the gym and serving pizza and cupcakes in our lobby.
Host Parents’ Survival Nights (3 hr) Drop off program where parents can leave their kids for a night of pizza, fun, and games!
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
