The tower is nine stories tall, with new patient care equipment and computers for state-of-the-art care. As a Birth Registrar, you will be responsible for assisting new parents in completing the Birth Certificate packets for their new arrivals! You will be assisting in completion of these packets by compiling health history, prenatal care information and education resources. This role is perfect for those who possess excellent customer service skills combined with great ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for completing birth certificates as required by the state using the electronic birth certificate programs. The position is also responsible for completing paternity affidavits, fetal death certificates, death certificates, and maintaining pertinent hospital records. Notarizes documents as needed.
