About The Position
Bird Mover Full Time – Hourly Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Must be 18 years of age or older At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base hiring pay for this role is $21.20 per hour. Job Responsibilities: Work on crew efficiently loading turkeys following established guidelines and as instructed by the supervisor. Follow Live Haul sanitation procedures perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Position includes varying start times, work hours, working conditions, and some weekends as scheduled.
Requirements

- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions.
- Able to wear respiratory protection equipment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Due to respiratory safety factors, this position requires a personal hygiene policy of no beards.
