About The Position

The Bird Blood Puller is responsible for collecting blood samples from bird flocks according to a set schedule and sending them to the Poultry Lab for analysis. The role also involves weighing bird flocks as needed and assisting the Lead Person with their duties. Other tasks may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must meet the qualifications to drive a company vehicle as outlined in Koch Foods Fleet Safety policies.
• Must be able to read and write in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Pull blood samples from bird flocks according to the blood-pulling schedule and send the samples to the Poultry Lab for analysis.
• Weigh bird flocks as needed.
• Assist with duties of Lead Person as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
