Responsibilities

  • Manage daily, monthly, quarterly and long-term sales metrics and forecasting processes for assigned teams.
  • Accountable for the engagement, performance, compensation, and development of the team.
  • Develop and support the implementation of comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth in the Biotech market segment.
  • Own the development of and execution against targets and maintain a detailed understanding of market dynamics that impact plans/strategies.
  • Drive overall execution of sales goals, including identifying and winning business with new customers and providing an elite customer experience by working cross-functionally with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and strategic relationship managers.
  • Work across our global network, supporting a harmonized customer experience.
  • Lead and manage sophisticated deal structuring and negotiation processes.
  • Stay ahead of customer needs through understanding of their company's imperatives, including key operating cycles, budget cycle, strategic sourcing criteria, and business or technical processes.
  • Coordinate and represent the business in senior-level executive and customer meetings.
