Advises physician-led research teams on study design and implementation. Works independently and as part of a team to collect data and conduct statistical analyses. This position will analyze and interpret data from various sources using established statistical methods. Requirements

• Master's Degree Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Skills/knowledge/abilities typically gained through two or more years of related experience post-graduate in health care, biostatistics, statistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Under limited direction, works with the team members to provide analytical support to physician–led teams.
• Acquires or abstracts data from various sources. Including pursuing Epic Certifications within 12-18 months
• Assist in quality improvement projects and performs basic data analyses.
• Assists in the preparation of graphs, tables, and charts.
• Assists in the preparation of poster presentations and publications.
• Assists the team in training for institution related to analysis and data collection.
• Mentor and assist biostatistics interns in development and navigation of processes.
