The Cancer Biostatistics Shared Resource ( CBSR ) at Huntsman Cancer Institute ( HCI ) of the University of Utah is seeking a MS statistician to carry out statistical analyses in collaboration with cancer investigators. We are a group of biostatisticians in Cancer Biostatistics Shared Resource ( CBSR ) engaged in a wide range of collaborations from basic science, high-dimensional multiomics data analyses, translational research, epidemiology studies, biomarker selection, to clinical trials at HCI . We interact with other data scientists, bioinformaticians, statisticians, epidemiologists, psychometricians, health economists, survey design researchers, and systematic review experts within the campus. Focus research areas include, although not limited to, the design of clinical trials, observational studies, longitudinal analysis, survival analysis, epidemiologic modeling, Bayesian analysis, modern causal inference, biomarkers analyses, statistical genetics and genomics, computational statistics, methods for the design and conduct of systematic reviews, structural equations models, and muti-omics analyses.
