About The Position

The Biosimilar Regional Account Manager (BRAM) will oversee targeted customer accounts within the institutional, clinic, specialty wholesale distribution, specialty pharmacy, and market access sectors for Teva's product portfolio, focusing on biosimilars. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key customer targets, implementing product access strategies, and ensuring contract compliance to drive sales growth. The BRAM will collaborate with various internal teams to achieve sales objectives and report market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, or Marketing, or 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Experience in the buy & bill market, preferably in the biosimilar market.
  • Experience working in a hospital or IDN market preferred.
  • History of superior sales results and strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical reimbursement and 340B.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand strategy and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in delivering and executing contracts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in specialty pharmacy markets.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).

Responsibilities

  • Manage targeted customer accounts in institutional, clinic, specialty wholesale distribution, specialty pharmacy, and market access sectors.
  • Implement product access strategies and tactics in collaboration with Marketing and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop opportunities with customer targets through data analysis and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure contract compliance to increase pull-through sales and report market intelligence.
  • Execute strategies to meet national and individual sales goals within assigned regions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the biosimilar, specialty, and generic pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understand formulary and P&T processes for assigned customers to gain formulary access for targeted products.
  • Enter all account/customer activity into Teva CRM system (Veeva) daily.
  • Build relationships with assigned customer targets to achieve objectives.
  • Analyze the region as a business unit and present quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with National Account team, Marketing, and Management to achieve distribution and sales objectives.
  • Represent and promote Teva's products professionally while adhering to compliance policies.
  • Record account information and competitive intelligence through available resources.
  • Create reports/updates using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Microsoft Outlook.
