Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work alternating 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. without assistance.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to operating in a safe manner by consistently following all safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing tasks to support routine production operations.
• Maintain inventory and stock items in designated production areas.
• Complete training activities related to production duties.
• Assist in investigations to resolve manufacturing-related issues.
• Clean, sterilize, and standardize production equipment and workspaces.
• Uphold organizational values and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
