The Bio-Pharmaceutical Development (BPD) department at AstraZeneca consists of scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and project managers whose ambition is to transform biological molecules into life-changing medicines. Through the BPD Rotational Associates Program (RAP), you will gain experience in the development of manufacturing processes and dosage forms for BioPharmaceutical products, covering everything from molecule discovery to packaging the final product. This 2-year program includes three 8-month rotational assignments in different functions of the BPD department, tailored to enable your growth and development while providing both technical skills and a broad understanding of drug development. You will work on challenging technical projects supporting the development of biological therapeutics in areas such as Cell Culture and Fermentation, Purification, Formulation, Delivery Devices, Manufacturing, and Analytical Sciences including Physicochemical, Bioassay Development, Biosafety, and Impurities.
