Position Summary The role of Associate Director, Product Marketing will lead promotional messaging and tactical development across channels for our Treatment Selection portfolio, including Guardant360 Liquid, Guardant360 CDx, and Guardant360 Tissue.

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or Master’s preferred
  • Must have at least 8 years of healthcare marketing experience
  • Must have experience developing and executing a media plan
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A successful candidate would have experience managing teams
  • A successful candidate would have field sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Guardant360 Liquid, Guardant360 CDx, and Guardant360 Tissue brand strategy and execution, including evolution of the brand creative and product messaging
  • Pull through core creative and messaging across all promotional channels, including the IVA, website, brochures, and digital placements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, medical affairs, training, sales, and technology to ensure alignment of our product / brand strategy
  • Partner closely with the market insights and analytics team to define the key business questions and find the answers appropriately through market research or data analysis
  • Measure success and impact across promotional channels and optimize accordingly through the annual brand planning process
  • Lead and provide clear direction to agency partners and vendors; provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Manage within budget
