About The Position

Aspire Rural Health System is seeking a full-time Bio Med Tech in our IT Department. We are looking for those with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide our patients with the highest quality of services.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an approved school in the area of electronics or biomedical engineering technology or an equivalent in work experience.
• Two years of related experience in a healthcare institution required and a biomedical certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The BMET will follow Aspire Rural Health System policies, professional standards.
• With these guidelines the BMET will have responsibility for making independent decisions on the equipment within the Equipment Management System.
• The BMET will handle installing, testing, calibrating, training, and maintaining all medical devices.
