This position involves maintaining medical related equipment, including repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety, to ensure patient/staff safety, correct diagnosis for medical providers, and compliance with the Environment of Care.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Electronics Engineering
- Equivalent Military Biomed Tech Program
- Three (3) years of electronic mechanical experience
- One (1) year of experience in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) field
- Industry recognized Certification (AAMI / ACI CBET, CRES, CLES)
- No experience required
Responsibilities
- Maintaining medical related equipment that includes repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety
- Ensuring patient / staff safety and correct diagnosis for medical providers
- Ensuring compliance for the Environment of Care
