About The Position

Requirements

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• 3+ years of experience servicing medical equipment, particularly in biomedical, patient monitoring, blood pressure monitors, defibrillators, or infusion pumps.
• Working knowledge of electronic circuit boards, schematics, processors, and computer hardware.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Valid driver's license and compliant driving record with Philips' Fleet Policy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on medical equipment using service manuals and training resources.
• Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining effective communication with site service personnel.
• Demonstrate ownership in challenging situations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Independently complete preventative maintenance, field change orders, installations, and related tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems with medical equipment.
