To learn more about InterMed, please visit http://intermed1.com/current-listings/ JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is for a Biomedical Equipment Technician II or III who would be responsible for providing repairs and preventative maintenance for our client's biomedical equipment. The individual in this role is required to maintain records, document service, and coordinate service within their department. This individual is expected to have strong electromechanical skills. This is a fulltime, fully benefited position in Salisbury, MD.
Requirements
- An A.S. degree from an accredited school in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering, or DOD certification or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years’ experience servicing biomedical medical equipment in a hospital
- Strong communications and organizational skills.
- Must have good attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Dialysis experience preferred
- Pumps and Ventilator experience preferred
