Responds to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance (PM) on customers' basic biomedical equipment. Drives customer satisfaction through service excellence. This role requires the candidate to work onsite at our customer location (hospitals). To provide onsite customer support, candidate needs to be willing to work in the Myrtle Beach SC area.
