The role involves providing on-site consulting and assistance to physicians and operating room personnel, leading installations, and educating hospital staff on the use of surgery products. The successful candidate will act as the primary customer liaison, strategizing with the Account Manager to evaluate customer opportunities and resolve product issues. This position requires a commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction and may involve travel of 50% or more.
