About The Position
Working under the direction of the Chairman and President within the multidisciplinary team of athlete care professionals in the Los Angeles Clippers Performance, Health, and Wellness (PHW) group, the Biomechanics Lab Manager will assist with biomechanical player testing and training protocols. They will serve as a key member on a team of professionals that is committed to inspiring leadership, and consistent, long-term excellence in both on- and off-court operations. This individual is required to have extensive experience in high quality practice as a Biomechanist, an excellent framework of industry specific knowledge, and a clear grasp of emerging areas of analysis & development in movement analysis and sports injury management. This candidate must exemplify a high-performance approach to athlete wellness, with a focus on injury risk reduction and optimizing performance. To be highly considered, you should demonstrate an adaptable and effective communicator, exhibit an ability to lead, and be able take direction while working effectively and efficiently within a team environment. This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. The scope of this position encompasses a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to support the LA Clippers basketball team.
