About The Position
Dane Street is expanding its panel and is seeking a skilled Biomechanical Engineer Expert in the DFW area to join their team for Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing the expert to select or decline assignments based on their availability. The panel consists of independent contract reviewers (1099) who are compensated on a per-case basis. Dane Street is a national leader in IMEs and peer review services, providing objective, high-quality medical evaluations to insurance carriers and organizations. This is an opportunity for a dedicated Biomechanical Engineer Expert to apply their expertise in an IME capacity.
Requirements
- Skilled Biomechanical Engineer Expert

- Previous experience in performing IMEs is preferred

- Excellent communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Thorough review of Medical Records
- Respond to clinical queries to support claims management
- Deliver detailed IME reports within an expected turnaround time of 5 days
