The Biologist position is a critical role within our organization, focusing on the execution of cell banking operations to ensure that both master and working cell banks are manufactured in accordance with project timelines. The successful candidate will support Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) mammalian and microbial cell banking programs, both internally and in collaboration with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). The emphasis will be on achieving a 'right first time' approach to all operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. In this role, the Biologist will be responsible for managing GMP documentation, which includes a variety of essential documents such as process transfer documents (PTDs), master batch records (MBRs), media forms, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and various reports. This documentation is crucial for maintaining the integrity and traceability of the cell banking processes, and the Biologist will play a key role in ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The position requires a strong understanding of cell culture techniques and the ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment. The Biologist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and timelines, contributing to the overall success of the cell banking programs.
