Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on research experience in a relevant biological research environment
- Strong experience in molecular biology, virology, and immunology
- Hands-on experience working in BSL-2 and BSL-3 laboratories, including use of PAPR respiratory protection
- Expertise in antibody titration and characterization assays, including: Hemagglutination Inhibition (HAI) Neuraminidase Inhibition (NAI) ELISA Viral microneutralization assays
- Experience with high-throughput immunology and virology screening assays
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, including: RNA isolation PCR Molecular cloning
- Experience with cell culture, viral stock, and vaccine stock production
- Hands-on experience with single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) using the 10x Genomics platform
- Ability to maintain detailed experimental documentation and prepare scientific reports and publications
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a research-focused laboratory environment
