Perform cell culture techniques related to cell-based assays such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC,) microneutralization, Median Tissue Culture Infectious Dose (TCID50) assays would be preferred. Perform general biochemical and immunological assays such as hemagglutination inhibition assay, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, and ELISA. Perform and analyze immunological assays according to Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures, including but not limited to Western Blot, ELISA, ADCC, microneutralization, and (TCID50) assays, HAI and other inhibition assays. Perform molecular biology/virology methods including but not limited to DNA extraction and purification, PCR, RT-qPCR, molecular cloning, gel electrophoresis, transfections, bacterial transformations, recombinant protein production/purification and microscopy. Maintain cell cultures (e.g., Vero, MDCK cells), and perform virus amplification, harvest, and titration. Receive, organize, and distribute specimens, documenting shipments using specified electronic systems. Maintain cell cultures (e.g., Vero, CRFK, Sf-9, CHO, RAW264.7, CaCo-2 cells, intestinal enteroids), and perform virus or VLP amplification, harvest, and titration.
