About The Position
Fortis Surgical is seeking a dedicated and independently driven sales professional to serve as the Biologics Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about regenerative medicine and have experience in sales, aiming to further the mission of helping surgeons treat their patients better. As the exclusive agency representing Arthrex in Virginia, Fortis Surgical is committed to delivering uncompromising quality to healthcare professionals and the millions of patients whose lives are impacted by their products. The Biologics Specialist will be responsible for developing Bio sales strategies in collaboration with representatives throughout the assigned territory to successfully meet customer needs and achieve predetermined sales quotas. This includes executing sales strategies and tactics to meet sales quotas and key business metrics in support of Arthrex. The Specialist will serve as a knowledge expert in Arthrex's Biologics product offerings, understanding their application in Sports/DEX profiles, including techniques, features, benefits, and value propositions. In this role, the Biologics Specialist will partner with the internal sales force to build relationships with surgeons, physician assistants, nurses, technologists, and key administration and purchasing personnel to uncover sales and service opportunities. Additionally, the Specialist will assist in covering surgical cases in the assigned territory as directed. This position requires a self-starter with a high level of initiative, adaptability, critical thinking skills, and a competitive spirit. The Biologics Specialist will manage the business ethically and adhere to all applicable hospital guidelines, including ADVAMED.
