About The Position

Teach courses in the biological sciences in keeping with the candidate's specialization and departmental need. We commonly have openings to teach introductory biology, environmental science, human anatomy, human physiology, and microbiology.

Requirements

• Ability to teach undergraduate students
• Reliability and dependability
• Ability to actively assess student comprehension
• Record of successful college teaching preferred
• Master's degree in Biology or related field required

Responsibilities

• Prepare syllabi, deliver lectures, grade assignments, and provide assistance to students as necessary
• Demonstrate commitment to the liberal arts educational mission and evangelical Christian orientation of the University

Benefits

• Compensation of $1,000 per credit hour for online courses and $1,250 per credit hour for in person or hybrid courses
