This remote full-time role combines expertise in genomics, computational biology, and data science to analyze sequencing and omics data in support of patient care and ongoing R&D. This is an independent role under the direction of the Bioinformatics Supervisor and reports to the Scientific and Genetics Director. This role requires experience with processing and analyzing NGS and omics data, familiarity with standard statistical analysis procedures, and proficiency in at least one statistical programming language (preferably R). The role will involve the coding and implementation of pipelines, data management, statistical analysis, data visualization and communication, method exploration, and omics data interpretation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. This position is ideal for a candidate interested in bridging the gap between scientific research and real clinical impact.
