The Bioinformatics Research Assistant will support ongoing genomic and bioinformatics projects examining the genetic and metabolic determinants of fetal growth and maternal metabolism in pregnancy. The position involves analysis of large-scale genomic data, including genome-wide association studies (GWAS), computation of genetic risk scores, and integrative modeling of genotype–phenotype interactions in racially diverse maternal–fetal cohorts. This position offers the opportunity to work at the interface of computational genetics, maternal–fetal medicine, and precision nutrition within a highly collaborative and translational research environment. Provides critically complex research and experimentation for departments, allowing the advancement of scientific analysis and discovery.
