Job Description Summary: The Bioengineering Division has opportunities in a number of technology areas including: Cell and Tissue Engineering, Microbiology and Immunology, Microfluidics, and Synthetic Biology. Students selected for the internship will be expected to work full-time during professional business hours. Students will be expected to work on site in Draper’s Bioengineering Lab in collaboration with multiple senior technical staff members and communicate effectively both orally and in written reports or presentations. The technical responsibilities will depend on program specific needs but may include: cell culture and maintenance, synthetic or molecular biology, materials characterization, microfluidic device fabrication, assembly and testing, assay development and execution, design and computational modeling, and/or data analysis.
