Performs analytical and bioanalytical testing in support of new and existing methods and reagents for Assay Development, and Manufacturing in Glasgow Analytical Services Group. You will perform analytical and bioanalytical testing in support of new and existing methods and reagents for Assay Development, Manufacturing, and Marketing Technical in Glasgow Analytical Services Group. You will operate computer controlled analytical equipment and perform equipment routine maintenance. You will read, interpret, and follow SOPs to perform analytical testing. You will perform analytical method development, method characterization/validations and instrument IQs with supervision. You will document testing results clearly in a report format. Requirements

  • Strong technical background in analytical chemistry
  • You have hands-on experience with various analytical techniques including HPLC, GC-MS, spectroscopy (UV-Vis, FT-IR, etc.), and wet chemistry.
  • You maintain timelines for assigned activities in a fast-paced team environment.
  • You learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and comply with company policies.
  • You have good PC skills such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and ChemDraw.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills presenting analytical data to a wide range of audiences.
  • MS degree in related field or Bachelor degree with +2 years of professional experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in Biochemistry and protein analysis is preferred.
