About The Position
We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate professional to join our team as the Bioanalytical Team Leader in the Global Technical Quality Health and Biosciences division, based in Wilmington, Delaware. The Bioanalytical Team is responsible for services and transfer activities, qualification, and scientific solutions utilizing analytical methods and tools. Key areas include enzymology, HPLC, combustion analysis (organic and protein), ELISA, gel electrophoresis, spectroscopy, physical properties, and the development and application of new technology. This team generates, maintains, and distributes enzyme standards and controls for global quantification and product release, owns the global manufacturing SQC program, and supports global product stewardship with method development, knowledge sharing, and transfer of analytical methods for the safe use and handling of enzymes. As the Bioanalytical Team Leader, you will serve as a key technical leader and will lead a dynamic team of scientists, chemists, and quality professionals, playing a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards and driving innovations while building and leading a world-class technical team.
