Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related degree concentration.
  • At least 1 year related laboratory experience using plate based experiments with complex pipetting steps
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship or restriction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific laboratory support for the design and execution of customized immunoassays such as ELISA, ELISpot, molecular and/or cell-based assays supporting licensed vaccine products
  • Reagent preparation
  • Maintain cell lines
  • General laboratory upkeep, maintenance, and ordering of supplies
  • Work according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidance
  • Maintain accurate records in adherence with documentation standards
  • Collaborate and communicate within and across the work group
  • Work in a structured environment under direct to moderate supervision
  • Analyze data using appropriate software tools
