The Bioanalytical Scientist will perform a variety of biochemical and analytical assays to support protein and antibody characterization. This role involves hands-on analysis, data documentation, and participation in investigations within a fast‑paced laboratory environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant laboratory experience.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and scientific documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new techniques, maintain accurate records, and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bioanalytical testing on proteins and antibodies, including but not limited to: Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) HPLC methods such as SEC and CEX SDS‑PAGE UV spectroscopy Protein A titer assays ELISA qPCR Cell‑based or biochemical bioassays
  • Record and manage data within laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
  • Contribute to laboratory investigations and troubleshooting activities.
  • Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks and technical reports.
  • Follow established SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
