About The Position
We are seeking a Bioanalytical Scientist to perform biochemical testing on proteins and antibodies. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, data analysis, and documentation to support biopharmaceutical development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry laboratory experience
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Perform biochemical and analytical testing on proteins and antibodies using techniques such as: Capillary Electrophoresis
- HPLC (SEC, CEX)
- SDS-PAGE, UV spectroscopy
- Protein A titer, ELISA, qPCR, and/or Bioassays
- Accurately enter data into Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Document test results in notebooks and reports
- Participate in investigations and troubleshooting as needed
