The BioCoRE Program Director at Duke University School of Medicine is responsible for leading the BioCoRE initiative, which aims to support PhD students in their academic and professional development while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the School of Medicine. The director will oversee programmatic efforts, manage student leadership committees, and facilitate cross-institutional collaborations, all while mentoring approximately 100 graduate scholars. This role requires independent leadership and strategic planning to enhance the academic experience and community engagement of BioCoRE scholars.
