The BioCoRE Program Director at Duke University School of Medicine is responsible for leading the BioCoRE initiative, which aims to support PhD students in their academic and professional development while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the School of Medicine. The director will oversee programmatic efforts, manage student leadership committees, and facilitate cross-institutional collaborations, all while mentoring approximately 100 graduate scholars.
