About The Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Assists guests with questions and provides guest service to all Bingo patrons. · Sells a variety of merchandise, Bingo packs, and specials and pull tabs both at the cashier window and on the Bingo floor. · Receives payment and makes change for Bingo Sales. · Calculates total payments received during a time period, and reconciles this with total sales. · Sorts, counts and verifies merchandise, paper and pull tabs. · Verifies Bingos. · Payouts of verified Bingos. · Follows Policy and Procedures set forth by the Bingo department. · Maintain a consistent and regular attendance record. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Customer service and cash handling
• Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
• Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for 7 1\2 hours per day.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
• Must be able to read, write and speak basic English
