Requirements

Ability to perform assigned duties in highly disruptive conditions.
Ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must have thorough knowledge of the principals and procedures of the games under supervision.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to do basic math quickly and accurately; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Must pass initial drug screening and random drug tests.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supplying customers with requested bingo paper
Provide information/answer customer questions about the bingo games operated by the Casino
Verify Bingo card when "BINGO" is called by customer
Follow proper procedures in opening and closing Bingo
Maintains awareness of all Bingo floor activities
Assists in ensuring compliance with federal currency reporting requirements
Adheres to all Casino policies and procedures and internal controls
Assists new customers in how to play the games
Sells Bingo Specials game cards to customers
Maintains/responsible for imprest Bingo banks
Help settle customer disputes
