About The Position

Our Service Team is growing and we are adding a Binding Specialist to the team. The Binding Specialist reviews and processes insurance policies while providing support to the client service team. This role requires a strong attention to detail while auditing new policies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems and software platforms
• Property & Casualty license preferred; willingness to obtain licensure required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in insurance, account management, or a related field is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience in an administrative, data entry or customer support role such as managing client accounts, supporting insurance operations, or working in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members.
• Flexibility to assist with general account management tasks as needed

Responsibilities

• Review insurance submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to issuance
• Understanding of binding insurance policies in accordance with agency standards and state regulations
• Support and maintain an efficient new business workflow from sale through policy issuance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support the account management team with service requests for existing policyholders
• Assist with general account management tasks as needed
