About The Position

We are hiring for a Bindery Operator I position in Kansas City. This is a full-time role on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 2 PM. The ideal candidate should have experience in Printing or Direct Mailing, and a background in Bindery work is preferred. We are looking for someone who is protective of their co-workers, clients, and the quality of their work, enjoys versatility, is driven to succeed, and values kindness.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Printing or Direct Mailing facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment in a printing or direct mailing facility.
• Ensure quality control of bindery work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on various tasks as needed.
