About The Position

As a Light Equipment Operator, you will operate finishing and packaging equipment, set up and adjust machines for production, create job packets and enter final counts into software, and verify correct information is gathered at the start of the shift to complete the job. This position is for our South Plant in Crawfordsville, which has roots dating back to 1921, founded on over a century of craftsmanship, community pride, and long-term opportunities.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow job specifications
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
• Intermediate computer skills preferred

• Willingness to participate in cross-training
• Achieving qualified status within the position and assuming responsibility as a backup for lateral and progressive roles
