As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will set up, adjust, and operate a single piece of machinery, participate in training to prepare to promote into a Lead operator position, inspect equipment for safety issues, monitor quality, output, and productivity, learn to utilize tools to measure and adjust the machine to target levels, engage in preventative maintenance tasks as required, assist the lead operator with providing guidance to crew members, and work in a team environment while cross-training with others.

Requirements

• Ability to do basic math
• Computer knowledge

• $21.39-$26.75 starting rate with a 7% increase for second and third shift
