The BIM/VDC Specialist supports the Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design Construction process, working directly under the BIM/VDC Manager to facilitate jobsite construction using VDC. The Specialist is responsible for creating 3D models for one complex project or multiple small projects and may assist with design validation and model maintenance. The role also involves visiting the field to learn concrete construction means and methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related construction field and 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced knowledge of 3D/4D/5D BIM and of appropriate platforms such as AutoCad, Architectural Desktop, Revit, Tekla, etc.
