About The Position
kW Mission Critical Engineering, a WSP company, is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our ICT team. This role focuses on the technical production of telecom infrastructure models for some of the largest and most advanced data center projects in the world. We are looking for candidates who excel in detailed, accurate modeling and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that demands consistency, discipline, and a strong eye for quality. This is not a coordination-only role. It is for individuals who enjoy deep, focused modeling work in Revit-those who are meticulous, methodical, and take pride in model precision. Successful candidates will either already have, or be working toward, a deeper understanding of design intent and how infrastructure systems are implemented in hyperscale environments. Over time, this role can evolve into more design-centered responsibilities for those with the interest and capacity.
