Requirements
- Proven experience in BIM/VDC coordination on commercial construction projects.
- Expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, iConstruct, and related tools.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A leader who thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years in BIM/VDC roles within a general contractor or construction management environment.
- Experience with 4D/5D modeling, laser scanning, and layout integration.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore BIM, and advanced BIM workflows.
- Participation in BIM/VDC forums or industry events.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination for multiple projects, ensuring models are accurate, complete, and fully integrated.
- Manage BIM deliverables, schedules, and documentation from start to finish.
- Mentor and develop BIM team members and trade partners.
- Represent DOME in industry forums and client engagements.
- Drive process improvements and champion innovation across workflows.
