BIM Modeler
About The Position
Leading commercial concrete contractor is seeking a BIM Modeler to join their team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and update 3D BIM models for concrete construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and standards. Responsibilities include resolving coordination conflicts across structural and MEP systems, utilizing BIM platforms such as Tekla, SketchUp, Trimble Connect, Revit, and AutoCAD to support efficient project delivery. Will also develop and manage detailed concrete models (formwork, reinforcement, and placement), ensuring accurate integration with structural and architectural designs to support constructability, coordination, and project efficiency. Details: - Direct Hire (no contract/temp period!) - Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm - $80k - $90k - Kennesaw, GA 30144
Requirements
- BIM Software Experience (Revit, Tekla, BIM360, etc)
- Structural/Construction experience
Nice To Haves
- Architecture or Engineering degree highly preferred
- Concrete experience preferred
